Introduction and Scope

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ti444 ("ti444", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ti444.pro website, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and any gaming or sports-betting services provided through those properties.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and any person interacting with the Platform in any capacity. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately and refrain from registering an account. ti444 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on ti444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ti444 operates a strict 21+ policy and will not knowingly provide services to any person under the age of 21.
• You must register using your own personal details. You may not create an account on behalf of another person or using false or misleading information.
• You are permitted to hold only one account on ti444. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances held across those accounts.
• You must have a valid Bangladesh mobile number registered in your own name, which will serve as your primary account identifier and the channel for mobile banking transactions.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform at the time of registration, and you must not use the Platform in violation of any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

ti444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure and the withholding of any pending withdrawal requests pending resolution.

Account Registration and Security

Registration on ti444 is free of charge. By completing the registration process, you acknowledge that the account belongs solely to you, that all information supplied is accurate and current, and that you will notify ti444 promptly of any change in your registered details. The following obligations apply to all registered accounts:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your mobile number and password. ti444 shall not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• You must not share your account access with any third party. Account sharing for any purpose — including allowing a family member, friend, or agent to play on your behalf — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
• You must notify ti444 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach. You may do this by contacting support through the FAQ contact channel.
• ti444 may require you to complete enhanced KYC verification before processing withdrawals above certain threshold amounts. This verification process is a standard industry requirement for fraud prevention and anti-money laundering compliance.

All account information submitted to ti444 is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You consent to ti444 processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All monetary transactions on ti444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladesh bank transfers. ti444 does not accept deposits in any foreign currency and does not perform currency conversion.

Deposits

All deposits are credited to your BDT wallet immediately upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile banking channels. ti444 does not charge any fee on standard deposits; however, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges, and ti444 is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile banking channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may have different minimum thresholds as communicated at the point of withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ti444 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• ti444 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. The Platform targets a processing time of 5 to 30 minutes for approved mobile banking withdrawals and same-day processing for approved bank transfer withdrawals; however, these are indicative timeframes only and may vary due to factors outside ti444's control.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

ti444 may offer bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time they are offered. In the absence of specific bonus-level terms, the following general principles apply:

• Bonuses credited to your account must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirement (rollover) before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. If no wagering requirement is stated, a default rollover of 10x applies to the bonus amount.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific game categories or excluded from certain game types (e.g., live dealer tables may have a different contribution percentage towards the wagering requirement than standard slots). Check the specific promotion page for applicable game-type contribution rates.
• ti444 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice if ti444 determines that the offer is being abused or that a player has attempted to circumvent the applicable terms.
• Bonus funds and free spins awarded as part of a promotion must be used within the validity period stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Players who self-exclude from the Platform or whose accounts are suspended for any reason forfeit all outstanding bonuses and any winnings derived from bonus play that had not been successfully withdrawn prior to the suspension or self-exclusion taking effect.

ti444 does not guarantee that any particular bonus or promotion will be available at any given time, and the Platform is not obligated to offer any specific type or level of incentive to any individual player. All promotional decisions are at the sole discretion of ti444.

Prohibited Conduct and Fair Use

Players are expected to use the Platform in good faith and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and notification of relevant authorities:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, navigate the lobby, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, game malfunctions, or loopholes in the bonus system to generate winnings that would not be possible under normal operating conditions.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once, circumventing deposit limits, or evading a self-exclusion or suspension in force on another account.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity intended to manipulate game outcomes or extract value from the Platform in a fraudulent manner.
• Using the Platform to process funds on behalf of a third party, or using the Platform in any manner that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.

ti444 employs automated and manual fraud-detection processes. Where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, ti444 may suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice, withhold any balance pending investigation, and — where required by applicable law — report the matter to relevant financial or law-enforcement authorities in Bangladesh.

Account Suspension and Termination

ti444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may give rise to suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct provisions, or payment terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested by ti444 or provision of false, forged, or misleading identity documents.
• A request by the account holder to close the account, or activation of a self-exclusion period through the responsible gaming tools available in the account settings.
• A determination by ti444, in its reasonable judgment, that continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable fraud, money laundering, or reputational risk to the Platform.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance not associated with active fraud investigation or bonus forfeiture will be returned to the player via the payment method last used for a deposit, subject to the satisfactory completion of any pending identity verification requirements. Balances that are subject to active investigation will be held pending the outcome of that investigation.

Responsible Gaming Commitment

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ti444 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, system failure, or any other losses of any nature, even if ti444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ti444's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their ti444 account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ti444's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by ti444's own gross negligence.

Amendments to These Terms

ti444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ti444 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where practicable, ti444 may also notify registered players of material changes via in-platform notification or to the mobile number associated with their account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
